Vital Humanitarian Aid: Affording financial support to the needy families who represent us daily in Hebron including subsidies for happy occasions, Jewish Holidays and more; ensuring that clean, safe water flows to the community; funding educational, social and community programs including summer camps, playgrounds, after-school clubs, extra-curricular and Torah activities.
Development and Preservation: Funding support and staff to upkeep & maintain holy sites, restroom facilities, information center, gardens and parks throughout Hebron. This includes the Cave of the Patriarchs, Avraham Avinu Synagogue, Tel Hebron and more. In addition we finance two advanced Kollel programs and various adult and children's Torah study programs.
Inspiring Mega Events: Hundreds of thousands flock to Hebron to participate in our annual festivals and events showing their commitment to Hebron, including: Succot & Pesach Music Festivals, Summer Kick-off Concert, Shabbat Chayei Sarah weekend and much more.
Public Relations and Tourism: Educating through Hebron Fund's world famous tours and seminars including: thousands of world-wide visitors, bus-loads of unaffiliated youth through Project Connection, media representatives, IDF training programs and more. A steady stream of articles, books, video and online material is produced by our spokespeople informing the public of Hebron's history and latest news and events. We plan to open an information center this fall and start renovations of the museum.
IDF Soldiers Assistance: Keeping Hebron's soldiers warm in the winter and hydrated in the summer; welcome / good-bye BBQ's to show our appreciation; delivering Shabbat treats and words of Torah each week by Hebron residents / kids and much more. We also provide educational tours to officers and soldiers who visit Hebron from all over Israel.
